Coaching…what is it? It is a way to get from point “A” to point “B” with very few peaks and valleys. Some coaching sessions change your life in the MOST profound way, however other sessions are more comparable to a baby step. My goal in a coaching relationship is to arm my coaching clients with the tools and support necessary to help them reach THEIR goals.
Most of us suffer from “I know it all-itis” and that is where coaching is most beneficial. You see, if you believe that you deserve more, and you know what to do, you may benefit from a coaching relationship. If you don’t know what to do you will benefit more from training then enhanced by coaching.
Focus on YOU – If you aren’t moving forward chances are you don’t know why you want to. I work with my coaching clients to help them understand WHY it is they get out of bed. The coach will drive your production if you are open to a coaching relationship at which point you will need Virtual Assistant or Intern to handle the admin side of your business.
