Who is this guy?

Who am I, my name is Brett Boettge, and I am the Team Leader and CEO of Keller Williams Realty Madison Crossroads. My job is to train, consult, and recruit the best of the best in Real Estate, as well as insure profitability of our Market  Center. I am born and raised in Wisconsin, and have found Madison, WI to be my home. I have a business background, have trained and consulted in the past,  now I have found my niche. What qualifies me to be giving advice? It breaks my heart to see real estate agents not succeed. This is my passion, and I have made it my life. I spent my first 6 months in Real Estate thrashing around in the deep end of the pool, always thinking that there is a better way. Turns out there is, achieving success in real estate is the same as achieving success in any other business. It’s about having the highest level skill-set in your field, craving accountability to results, helping people get what they want, achieving mastery in your specialization, having enough leads to service, and finally, finding people to do all of it for you.

Sounds simple and it is, but it’s not easy! I went from sales agent to CEO in 14 short months. It started with a total commitment to success, and an acceptance of failures along the way. Always remaining a student of the industry and pushing forward quickly. Since I began in real estate, I have been trained by Gary Keller himself, and his executive team. I have spent weeks in Austin, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA, and comingsoon Orlando, FL learning from the best of the best. I have spoken with agents who earn 4 million in GCI, trainers making 125K per MONTH not year. I have had the pleasure of meeting the legendary leaders and authors, Dr. John Maxwell, Les Brown, Ron Arden, Gary Keller, Dave Jenks, Mo Anderson, and John G. Miller. Along the way, I picked up something from each training, each icon, and each one of my personal failures. Now I want to give back all that I have learned in hopes that you will find it useful, and keep coming back.
